• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis
• Subscribers receive a 50% discount on premium idea packages
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice

5. Premium Idea Packages

When purchasing premium idea packages:

• Each premium package includes the specified domain name and idea documentation
• Domain transfers are processed after payment confirmation
• All sales are final - no refunds on premium packages
• Premium packages are sold on a first-come, first-served basis
• We guarantee domain availability at time of purchase

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights:

• Ideas shared on Idea Hose are provided for inspiration and are not protected
• You may use any free ideas for any commercial or personal purpose
• Premium idea packages grant you exclusive rights to the included domain
• All content on the Service (text, graphics, logos) is owned by Idea Hose or licensed to us
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape or systematically collect data from the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Content and Ideas

The ideas presented on Idea Hose are suggestions and starting points. We make no guarantees about the viability, profitability, or success of any idea. You are solely responsible for evaluating and executing any idea you choose to pursue.
